Sometimes our own thoughts can make a situation feel worse than it actually is. Describe a time when overthinking, worrying, or doubting yourself affected the way you handled a situation. What did you learn from the experience?

 A time where overthinking and worrying affected the way I handled something was when I had to do a Lab in Physics and I had no friends to work with. I ended up in a random group with people I don't know outside of school. That overall made the lab less interesting for me and i think it affected my performance in the lab too. I also think that i did the least work because I was less motivated. We passed the lab so it wasn't all bad but i definitely could have done better. I learned how to make do with what I had.

Summary: We read a poem about moving on from a relationship.

Reflection: I learned how to analyze a poem. I will definitely look at things that I read more in depth.

 During the events of the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a feeling of shock and fear that I had never experienced before. It was literally unbelievable how bad it got just hearing about how many lives it affected. I think that same feeling relates to how people felt on 9/11. both events were very devastating and unexpected to people all around the world. Also, a "new normal" was introduced for both events. After 9/11, airport security heightened and the same went for any other government building in fear and preparation of another tragedy happening like 9/11 again. After the global pandemic, increased sanitation and wearing masks more often was the "new normal". Summary: We completed a test and I worked on other work. Reflection: We took a test on "A Rose for Emily". I think I did okay seeing as I had to read through the story again to get a better understanding.

 The word or phrase I find myself I using the most right now is "yes" in Spanish because my Spanish class gets stuck in my head. I also find myself using other words I learned recently in Spanish. I don't know why this happens but I think I would like to know how to speak Spanish fluently. I think it is a pretty cool language. I also know it gets you more jobs so it is a great skill to have. reflection: I learned about a lot of new words that I didn't even know existed. I thought I Knew a good amount of words but this book proved me wrong. summary: We did vocabulary words in work books.

 The three items you might find in my trash is a can of coca-cola, pencils, and a ramen noodle packet. My favorite drink is coca-cola even though it isn't that good for you. I draw a lot so you might find mechanical pencils with no led in them that I don't need anymore. Lastly, you might find a noodle packet because I like making ramen noodles. These Items reveal that I like to draw and I like eating food.
